Green building technology

Since 2006, she has taken charge of more than ten green building designs as green building consultant, there were LEED, BREEAM, Green building certification of China and so on, some of this works were awarded.  She is the first LEED Fellow in China，and she as Chinese representative took part in USGBC round-table conference several times.

Building performance of operation

Low carbon city

"Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Sustainable Development Technology Research" is a study on the sustainable technology of the completed CBD area and the mega-building, "Technical Guidelines for Low Carbon Ecological Building System in Damuwan Bay, Xiangshan, Ningbo", regional low carbon technology research, it involves residential, office and hotel building research projects, involving sustainable low-carbon technology measures for urban and single buildings; Ali Foundation “Qingyuan Action Old City Laundry Sewage Disposal Research Public Welfare Project”, and research on rainwater pollution.

Education & Work experience

1988~1995，Major in HVAC, Master degree and bachelor study at Tongji University. After his master degree study, he joined a famous construction company in Shanghai, his main job was project management, and there were several big projects on his charge。Since 2002，he focused on energy saving and efficiency of HVAC system, his work includes heat pump, radiant ceiling, micro-pipe heat exchange and novel dehumidification on air conditioning. Meanwhile, he has done some researches on IoT and equipment monitoring, these works were very success. Now, his work is about energy saving in the agriculture field, including renewable energy and clean energy use in real applications
